About the role
We have launched a SaaS platform with API for real-time translation for B2B clients. We have a growing list of customers who want to start using our product. We seek an experienced presales engineer who will be responsible for the technical support of our team in sales and great clients’ experience during integrations with our solution.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the successful launch of pilot projects with new customers.
- Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure the final deliverable meets their expectations.
- Participate in sales calls and help sales managers convey technical information to technical and non-technical clients.
- Understand and prioritize clients' needs, and translate business needs into technical requirements for our RnD team.
- Explain the capabilities of the technology to the clients, manage their expectations, and be responsible for the scope and timeline of pilot projects.
Base qualifications
- 3+ years of working experience as a software developer or pre-sales engineer of AI-based products
- 3+ years of experience in sales of B2B SaaS projects.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data science, and software development principles.
- Solid experience with SaaS APIs and a deep understanding of the underlying technologies beneath them, including popular audio and video delivery protocols.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong focus on customer success, with a deep commitment to understanding client needs.
- Responsibility, proactivity, and attentiveness to details.
- English proficiency, C1 or higher.
